Thanksgiving at Country Biscuit Shop

November 24th 2011 Thanksgiving - New traditions. Many hands got together to prepare food for 420 plates to be delivered to area Rest Homes. Turkey wasn't on the menu but the chicken was great. Accompanied by mashed potatoes, string beans, roll and butter and a piece of cake. Work starts every year on Wednesday afternoon preparing the food. Then the assembly line began around 10. We missed our team captain Jeff Ipock, the owner of Country Biscuit Shop. Families get older and our time with them is precious.
